Amazing hotel, amazing staff, the friendly reception team made our stay unforgettable by helping to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday, and the clean room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning provided great comfort during our two-night getaway.

Fantastic hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had amazing views of Table Mountain. Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious. The in-house restaurant, Copa, offered fantastic meals, with the ostrich dish being a highlight. The shuttle service to V&A and Camps Bay was convenient, though I experienced some issues with availability during peak times. On one occasion, I was left waiting for a return shuttle and ended up needing to grab an Uber. It would be better if the shuttle frequency increased during busy times or if they had a larger vehicle. Overall, it was a great stay, but transport logistics need tweaking.

The location is superb with easy access to nightlife and popular sites. Enjoyed the varied breakfast menu, particularly the English muffins. Staff provided excellent service, adding special touches like a surprise bottle of fizz for our occasion. However, be prepared for noise from nearby bars on weekends. Checking out at 4:30 am was problematic as early check-out the night before wasn't allowed, which was unusual and unwelcome.

Families will appreciate this place
The room was spacious and had a great view. The staff even went above and beyond to make sure my son, with his coeliac disease, had safe food options which was a blessing,, truly made us feel cared for.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but you get what you pay for.

The Deluxe Studio was cozy and I loved the full body massage at the spa. The stunning pool with a view. There’s a nice sauna to relax in after a long day of exploring. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super reliable, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. definitely try out the spa treatments! 😊
